The staff, and room size was very good.

Service was excellent. Expectations were met for a low budget property i.e. don't expect five star when the property isn't five star.

It looked like skid row when we pulled into the back building area. People staggering around, bbq grills sitting openingly on parking area, and very poor lighting. It was obvious it was a pool of drug users allowed to live there. Understand there wasn't work like work trucks for companies parked there. I went to office and lo and behold guess where the room was I booked on Skid Row block. I told the employee they should be ashamed to put travelers in the same building with all the drug users and hookers. They refused to refund the room fee which I had paid for two nights. They ended up finding me a room close to the office. I stayed the first night and just ate what I paid for the second night. The entire night there was activity of people going back and forth to the building with all the mess. Avoid this property. It's not for travelers it's for people renting rooms by the week or month where there's 4 plus people in the rooms. Sadly there was even families renting and having the children around all of this.

The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all, the microwave, refrigerator and sink were disgusting extremely dirty. There were bugs crawling on the bed all night like little roaches or something..

Nothing. The hotel is less than one star on every category. You couldn't understand the front desk man that yells out a window, no not that door. You had three or four Iranians living in a room and a convenient stoevon otherside. Hardly any TV service.
